We'll post on social media at least 3 times a week for you, across Facebook, X and Instagram. These posts will be scheduled in advance so you can check you are happy with content, branding and style before your audience sees them.
We'll use text, videos and images from your website, editing them as necessary for social media. You can also email us content which you would like to include each month. We will also post polls, questions and other content if you'd like us to.
We will engage with your followers and those you follow, liking and sharing relevant content. This is a good way to reach more people for your organisation, and become better known in your field.
We will reply to comments and messages on behalf of your organisation, signposting your followers to relevant sections of your website, or encouraging them to email you where appropriate.
We can write reports for your trustees about social media and website engagement. This will include charts and graphs from Facebook, Instagram and X about your audience and likes/shares/comments as well as the results of any polls.
We will have a monthly zoom call (up to an hour but we can make it shorter if you're short of time!) to talk about your priorities for the following month. We will also tell you briefly about the highlights of posts that have had lots of engagement.
